Membangun Ketahanan Spiritual dalam Dunia Bisnis Modern: Sebuah Pendekatan Teologis Naratif Berbasis Mazmur 55

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana ketahanan spiritual berlandaskan Mazmur 55 memampukan pengusaha Kristen menghadapi tekanan psikologis dalam bisnis modern. Melalui kerangka naratif Brueggemann (orientasi–disorientasi–reorientasi), studi ini mengintegrasikan eksposisi teks Ibrani, teori coping psikologis, dan studi kasus krisis bisnis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa praktik penyerahan diri (hashlēkh), doa, dan dukungan komunitas mengubah pengkhianatan relasional dan tekanan finansial menjadi peluang kepemimpinan etis. Mazmur 55 terbukti sebagai model ketahanan spiritual yang aplikatif bagi penguatan integritas dan keberlanjutan bisnis.
